Our story began in 1932 in a small Florence, Italy workshop opened by master cobbler Enzo Fierro. He dreamed of making shoes that evoked the luxury and carefree spirit of glamorous four-horse carriages used by the wealthy in centuries past – hence our name “Coach And Four.”

Enzo soon gained renown for his meticulous artisanal techniques and use of fine local Italian leathers. As demand grew, he expanded production while never sacrificing quality or comfort. Coach And Four® shoes continue to be handmade in our Florence atelier using Enzo’s methods passed down through generations of shoemakers.

We offer free returns within 60 days of purchase. Simply initiate a return request online or bring the unworn shoes with tags to a Coach And Four store. We'll issue a refund once received. See our Returns Page for full details.
