Sarah has always had a deep appreciation for fashion and helping women feel confident. As a young girl, she learned to sew from her grandmother, who taught her an appreciation for quality fabrics and expert construction. Sarah went on to study fashion design in college, gaining valuable skills and knowledge about the fashion industry.
After working for a major clothing retailer for several years, Sarah realized her true passion was in dress design. She dreamed of launching her own dress collection catering to women of all ages and body types. After months of planning and preparation, Pisarro Nights was born.
Our Mission
The mission of Pisarro Nights is to empower women to look and feel their best. We aim to create dresses that are both fashionable and comfortable, using high-end fabrics and flattering silhouettes. Our goal is to offer a wide variety of styles to suit any occasion, from cocktail parties to weddings to galas.
We especially cater to petite and plus size women, who are often underserved in the fashion industry. We believe that every woman deserves to wear beautiful clothing, regardless of her shape or size. Our designs are specifically crafted to be figure-flattering and boost confidence.
In addition to offering diverse styles, we aim to make our dresses accessible and affordable. High-end fabric and production does not have to equate to outrageous prices. We pride ourselves on selling gorgeous dresses at a fraction of the cost of major retailers.
Our Design Philosophy
Every Pisarro Nights dress begins with an inspiration – a theme, a print, a silhouette we’d love to see brought to life. Our talented team of designers then gets to work drafting patterns, selecting fabrics, and deciding on intricate details to make each dress unique.
We focus on high quality construction using fabrics like chiffon, lace, satin and tulle. Dresses are carefully cut and sewn to create a flawless drape and form-flattering shape.
Attention to detail is key with elements like Swarovski crystal beading, sequin accents, and flirty ruffles. We aim to make each dress feel special and premium.
Fit is also paramount. Our dresses are available in sizes 0-24 to truly provide a custom fit for petite, plus size, and everyone in between. We meticulously fit our dresses on real women of all body types.
Our in-house designers pay close attention to current and upcoming fashion trends. However, we aim to create timeless, versatile pieces that can be worn year after year. The goal is for women to wear our dresses again and again for a cost per wear that can’t be beat.
Our Fabrics & Production
We carefully select high-end fabrics from around the world for unparalleled softness, comfort, and beauty. From airy chiffons to slinky satins and fine French laces, our textiles are of the utmost quality.
Many of our unique prints are developed in-house and digitally printed on fabric to achieve stunning pattern and color combinations.
For embellished fabrics, we use only premium crystals and sequins that are securely hand-sewn onto the garment for longevity.
To transform these luxurious textiles into dresses, we work closely with our ethical manufacturing partners in China and Indonesia. We invest significant time and resources into vetting our factories to ensure they meet our standards for worker safety, fair labor practices, and environmental responsibility.
We also have an on-site quality control team that inspects each dress to confirm it meets our specifications for construction and visual appearance before being shipped to our fulfillment centers in the US. This allows us to stand firmly behind the quality of every Pisarro Nights garment.
