We will verify and authenticate all requests as required by the CCPA to prevent unauthorized access to data. Disclosure or changes to data will be made free of charge within 45 days of receiving a verifiable consumer request. We only collect the minimum amount of data needed to provide our services. Your California Privacy Rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have specific privacy rights around their personal information. This section describes these rights and our procedures for complying with them. The CCPA provides California consumers with the right to request that a business disclose what categories of personal information it collects; the sources from which it collects the information; the business purposes for collecting or selling the information; the third parties with which the business shares the information; and the right to request deletion of their information. Below is an overview of the information business must disclose, upon request:
- The categories of personal information we have collected about California consumers, including names, email addresses, mailing addresses, payment information and browsing activity.
- The sources from which we collect personal information. The primary ways we gather data are directly from consumers who engage with our website and provide information directly to us. We also may collect some information automatically as users browse our site or through cookies or online tracking tools.
- Our business and commercial purposes for collecting personal information. We use data to provide and improve our service, process payments, prevent fraud, analyze usage trends and operate our business.
- The third parties with which we share personal information. We disclose limited data with vendors and service providers who help us operate our business. This can include website hosts, analytics services, payment processors and fulfillment companies. We do not sell or trade your information to marketers or other third parties.
- The details regarding consumer rights under the CCPA, including:
- The right to request disclosure of data collection and use practices.
- The right to access and receive a copy of your personal data.
- The right to request deletion of personal information.
- The right to opt out of the sale of personal information. (Note: We do not sell consumer data).
- The right to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your CCPA rights.
To exercise any of these rights, you may contact us through the information provided in the “Contact Us” section above.
When processing data requests, we will verify the identity of the consumer making the request to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to unauthorized individuals. We will ask for information such as full name, email address, phone number or mailing address to validate the authenticity of the request. We are required to respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. If additional time is required, we will notify you of the extension period and the reason for the extension.
California law permits businesses to charge reasonable fees to comply with consumer data requests, provided they are limited to the direct cost of compliance. We will not charge you a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will notify you of the fee and process your request after you have provided your consent to pay.
Under the CCPA, California consumers have the right to direct a business not to sell their information. Our website does not sell personal information as defined in the CCPA. We also do not sell information of users we know are under age 16 without affirmative consent.
Your Nevada Privacy Rights
Under Nevada law, Nevada consumers have the right to submit a verified request directing us to deactivate the sale of covered information that we have collected or will collect about the consumer. This section describes those rights and our procedures for complying with them.
We do not currently sell personal information as defined in the relevant Nevada law. If in the future we anticipate selling personal information that would trigger Nevada consumer privacy rights, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly and consumers will be notified of their Nevada privacy rights.
Nevada law allows Nevada consumers to submit a verified request for the following, at no charge:
- Deactivation of the sale of covered information.
- Notice if we begin selling covered information about the consumer in the future.
To submit a verified request, you may contact us through the information provided in the “Contact Us” section above. We will use information provided to verify your identity and process the request.
Within 60 days of receiving a verified consumer request to deactivate the sale of covered information, we will comply unless an exception applies. We will retain your request as part of our records to ensure your information remains off limits from sale going forward. If in the future we anticipate selling personal information that would trigger the CCPA opt-out, we will notify you and obtain your consent before selling your information.
Changes To Our Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of March 01, 2023 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications of the Privacy Policy.
