4. Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping Policy
We currently ship products to addresses within the United States. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or times but make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders promptly based on stock availability and supply chain factors. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with carrier tracking information when your order ships. Please contact us if you have any other questions or concerns regarding shipping.
Pricing & Payment
All listed product prices include any applicable sales taxes but exclude shipping costs. We publish current shipping rates during checkout based on your shipping destination, carrier, and speed. You will have the opportunity to review complete pricing and choose your preferences before submitting your order. We accept all major credit cards and electronic forms of payment listed on the Site. You agree to pay all applicable shipping costs and taxes.
Returns & Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Escio® Sweater within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus original outbound shipping costs. Items must be returned in original condition with tags still attached. Please request a return authorization from our Customer Service team, who will provide specifics on where to mail your return. We will issue your refund in the same form as the original payment once we receive and inspect the return.
Product Warranty
Escio® Sweater offers a limited 60-day warranty on manufacturing defects for products purchased from our Site. Please inspect shipments promptly upon arrival and contact us right away to initiate a warranty claim. We will determine validity based on an inspection of the returned item. Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced free of charge, or credit will be issued if the defective item is no longer in stock. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse or improper care.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations on Liability
No Warranties
While we aim for excellent customer service and high quality products, the Site is provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no representations or warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, accurate, reliable, current, secure or error-free.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE), EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST YEAR.
